Medical Necessities and Services is a Columbia, TN based family of companies providing medical supplies, home modifications, and a fitness facility to keep individuals healthy and active across the state. We partnered with several service providers within this group to provide promotional materials for print and web. We also built multiple online systems that would help them reduce costs, remain compliant with health regulations, and streamline membership processes.

Graphic Design Projects

We created flyers, email marketing designs / campaigns, Reference Guides for Medicare, Membership Booklets for Fitness facility, promotional mailers and more.

Contributing Web Development Projects

We worked on a team of marketing professionals and an outside healthcare marketing company VGM Forbin to complete web projects for three different businesses, adding medical supply catalogs, instructional videos, and an integrated fitness class registration system.

Online Systems

  • Created an online liability waiver system and setup two kiosks for 2500+ fitness members that integrated with website, and facility management software.

  • Created multi-level customer service tablet feedback system for 15 respiratory therapists and 20 delivery drivers to be administered to thousands of patients with data analysis for Medicare compliance.

  • Created and edited instructional videos for distribution on web and in clinic teaching patients respiratory therapy methods, reducing personnel costs for the company.

  • Created email distribution and marketing system for two companies that integrated with facility management system, website, kiosks, and marketing efforts to increase sales leads and membership.

  • Created online system for registration for fitness classes and facility programs to integrate with facility management software, kiosks, and website
